It is a 16 colors picture I made in 1991 on Atari ST.

It was not normal size picture (320*200) but overscan picture (384*768) created for a megademo.

what A.B.Lazer said - in 1991 there were no web and sites you could check for examples/tutorials/references/crits

I like it. Flatness gives it certain medieval flair. I think that form of wing on the left could be improved, but I guess that in those times there was no PixelJoint to provide such critics. Readability of text affected by grey background of each grey letter. Would it be another darker color, letters would pop out and be could be read easily. Another thing is wether you want (or is there a sufficient reason) to update old piece.

Hmmm... I don't realy like this, it's to flat and the text ruins it anymore because you can't read it :/

Unflat it and remove the text and it'll be fine!
