so are u going to resubmit? u got the right process for drawing. u just need to pay more attention to reference pictures. also look up 'line of action' on john k blog to improve the pose a little.

look at refs of etna. her ear is too bg, eyes different shape, thing on neck is WAY too big, move the chest up, move shoulders in etc.

Better. But pay attention to constuction of the neck, shoulders and chest. Look up some references.

There are some nice things. I like the palette, for instance. But combination of legs turned inwards, hand on vaist, clenched fist and rather worried look suggest that she has a bellyache.  Also feet are of different length and there something  strange going on in the area of (her) right shoulder.
