I made this a really long time ago, when I first joined PJ. The cyclops challenge was running, so I thought 'why not?'. And, I ended up created something I loved and was really proud of, especially for being one of my very first pixel art pieces.

However, I never finished it, and thus never submitted it here. I always wanted to, but never could find the motivation. And everytime I go to submit it, I have an urge to touch it up or try to finish it, but I'm going to stop doing that.

I could have probably done more with the background in general, but my main focus was on the hand.

I was also in the middle of experimenting with the dithering.

Alternate version with fingers bent in. (Changed them due to advice, but I'm still not sure if I like the newer version more.)

I used my hand as a reference, drawing while looking at it.
