In the conceptualized story Bions, Tyranus is the antagonist for Maximus.

A bion who resides in the barren and forbidden region Cthonia, Tyranus once lived among a ancient powerful bion tribe. Due to the phenomenal capacity of knowledge and technology, the government at the time feared Tyranus' people for their great potental. As a result, the government had wiped the tribe, burying over evidence of ancient civilization.

Tyranus, being the sole survivor of the attack, harbored a deep hatred for bionkind and had lived in isolation. He vowed in revenge and had spent years in extensive training. Decades later, Tyranus emerged from his regime to create the powerful Atheon empire that would plague the land in which bions resided.

Thus, Tyranus prepares to exact his revenge.
