Your edit is great and i agree to the topic with colors. i should've chosen something different.

AA wouldn't match the style

nice ! rly oldskool, but i agree bout the lack of details, some shading could be needed,...

i made a quick edit, one thing that bothered me while doing was the color,.... i wanted to do some aa here and there, but found it impossible to do so ...the red has an rgb value of (192,0,0) which means that the actual pixel on the screen only consits of red, while green and blue are black . which creates a black line next do the red.... maybe its kinda hypercritical, but since u tried to work with color restrictions, thats something to think about imo
