114 colours is quite a lot, did you use transparency for the 7 and dark stripes?

 this is kind of nice but its messy and you need to fix some things like that brown spots/dots on that ball and his left arm is not shaded well it looks like its flat at the wrong place, his left leg could be better too but nice work I like the shading on that shirt
