Anyways though, I think the cheekbone looks too harsh and the hair is pretty flat -it looks like wood rather than hair to me. I would use a few more lighter blonde colors and add in a lot more strands and starting a strand in the middle of the head- just have them start from the scalp or the very bottom of the hair and perhaps fade a little in the middle. Also, the darkest brown of the hair is contributing a lot to the flat look. I think you need to have strands all the way around her head.
