There is no filter, gradient, e.t.c! All by hand each pixel. But a lot of color for such work. In the future, I will corrected.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but if this isn't 100% pixel art, I don't think it should be here at all. The submission rules are clear about that:
6. Any art you post should be PIXEL ART! Pixel art implies that each pixel is placed by hand (no filters, paintbrushes, gradient fills, etc).
Besides, with 122 colors, I don't see a real need for that excessive dithering.
I want to add more! Picture shows my partner at work (she is a designer, too).
