in my opinion the shoulders seem flat, hair and ear seem detached from head. but i'm loving the face, you did a pretty good job.
The hair seems like its behind the head, and not actually attached. But its good nonetheless.
I think this fad might even be worth joining ;D
(EDIT: I mean in the sense of pixel art, I think I'm already in the "fad" in other ways ;3)
its good. hear is not bad but the ear is bit too big
