 very hard to read.. doesnt rly look like a teddy bear to me...

anyway, the amount of colors is just outragous, most of them arent even recognizable, and could be exchanged by others... color conservation is a must in pixel art... also  u should remove the black

heres an edit... reduced colors from 36 to 7...
