The lineart is very nice, and I like your color choices, but I think you could inmprove the shading. There doesn't appear to be a specific light source,making it look sort of pillow shaded.
I think it's a bit pillowshaded... but it's exactly how I remember that pony! My cousin use to collect them and we used to watch the cartoons together. I loved the movie.
