OMG! Dude, you just made the Mona Lisa all over again! Look at your screen from any corner or angle, it is staring at you. You can't tell if its a guy or a girl either. And its somewhat creepy. Therefore it must be the Mona Lisa as a cupcake.

The cupcake is awesome :3 cute and well pixelled; the colours are great too.
But what's up with the background? =/ Honestly, the noisy spraycan background and the border really detract from an otherwise nice piece. Also, the text isn't centred.
Personally, I think this would've looked a lot nicer with a much closer crop and just a solid coloured background. Doing this would help to better focus the composition on the subject matter.
It's too cute to eat! I think I'll just smother it...oh but that'll make a mess for sure! XD
Anyway, lovely colors and ornaments. I'm sure your gf will love this!
NIce colours and the main motif is well done. I only dislike the ornament in the corners, somehow they don't fit 100% imho.
