This is Elizabeth of the Persona series, specifically from Persona 3. Had a good deal of fun with this one, though the skintone feels a little off and I feel I may have used too many colors... My usual habit is to make the skintone bright and warm, but Elizabeth is naturally pale! All in all it was very enjoyable.
