Yeah the sky was supposed to be blocky, same with the cliffs. But I see what you're saying, some dithering and/or AA would clean it up and enhance the pallette.

The colors catched my eyes here! They look beautiful. Eyecraft had some good ideas. I would also recommend to AA from the upper outline of the cliff a bit downwards so that it doesn't stand out so much.

Wow I really like the colours you chose. The sky is a little blocky, is that a style thing? It could be smoothed out with some dithering. Actually same goes for the larger blocks of colour on the cliff too. Lacks a little texture, but from what you set out to do, that doesnt really come into it, so meh. Looks cool :)
