I wasn't planning on submitting this, but...eh, wth. Made this before the kitty sun icon.

Jigglypuff with a black eye. There was supposed to be a video of how I did this to go along, but it didn't save properly :(

Agree with Anoniguy. Did you forget to upload a detail image by any chance? The lower right corner is not readable as it is. Too bad, because it's really well done! Good shading mostly.

I sort of wish you had made the entire chaacter, not just a detail of it. There's not really much left to do, in fact... Either way, cool, funny concept and well executed.
