Yep it'sa plant.. ohm nom nom nom... EDIT: I fixed the shading, well tried :D i think it's ok this way. also fixed some misplaced pixels. help is more then welcome :)

the actual body of the plant is much better than the head; try shading the head more according to volumes and the shape rather than mainly gradient.
