Totally agree with comments about fire and smoke outlines. Smoke either doesn't need it, or needs it thick too.
I like the thick outline on the witch, but the outlines on the fire and smoke dont need to be black.
I knew it's you! the one that did the "lady gaga inspired" thingy for the "multi-prupose sprite\or whatever it is"
the character is AWESOME, lovely style. the fire and the smoke could be improved, though. they both lack the intensity the witch has.
like i said, the style is great. glad to see you making some new stuff! :)
Everything is perfect, but the fire style is a kinda weird when is next to the witch art, maybe, taking off the black lines of the fire should make it better^^
