Meet Bart's evil twin. Kidnapped at birth for ransom by a junky nurse who forgot him at the bank she robbed on her way home. Raised as a slave by street gangs, he escaped to the city sewers to be adopted by feral cats. He's back with a vengeance. Not spent enough time on it. The baggy and shoe are ugly, I know.
