A Sprite of Samus Aran from Super Metroid. I tried to make it look like a Samurai Showdown Sprite, but the final result looked complete different.

nice job, but the cannon is too "roundy" and the direction of her left leg looks a little wierd to me

Awesome work! The colouring is fantastic (how did you do it with so few colours??????) as well as the posing. But I think the left foot shouldn't be in that position...she has the leg "pointing" forward but the foot is pointing to the side. It hurts a bit to do that don't you think?

I think you should have a go at animating it, not neccessarily to move, maybe to like.. charge up the gun thing and fire it?

Damn cool work. Great palette working, is it actually the same colours used in the metroid games? I might just say that her right foot seems a little different from her left. Once again, top stuff.

This is very, very kewl. Nice fan art guy, nice... and about trying to draw another fighter sprite like another fighting style say; Samurai Shodown, Street Fighter, or KOF, I know how it feels...My favorite fighting game art style is Capcom vs Snk style...I try to draw all my 3d fighting game fave's in that style, but nobody ever see's it.

Guess I'll have to do better...again, good job...
