There's a too much dither going on, this makes areas like the bridge of the nose look flat and grainy. The pupils' positioning is a little off too.
I like your colours too.
Is it a pic of anyone in particular? Did you use a reference? If so, post so we can see if the likeness can be improved :)
Nice edit onek! I was going to say maybe some highlights in the hair. I would have never guessed about the mouth....eyes, yes.
This as a really nice piece though. Nice job!
shading and dither are rly nice but her eyes and mouth are a bit off ... the darkest brown could be a tad brighter....
heres a quick edit, changed colors a bit aswell, and gave a more smiley expression to her face...
