Ah, of course they denied it. Should I have expected anything decent?
Maybe if you try setting green to the transparent color on your animation program (if it allows you to)
Hmph, the two rectangles on the top look a bit starnge, looks as if they move a bit to the left when the screen moves up.
I was having the same transparancy problem in the begining, but all you have to do is go to the website given (www.iaza.com), load your image, click transparent, then you click the color you want transparent (will still be their at the moment), then hit convert. Once it brings you back to the main screen with your picture lacking the color you wanted transparent, you right click on it to find save target image or save image as or something like that and save it somewhere where you can find it later.
is the screen too thin? when it closes, it is warped, like it is someohow passing through the lower part. the lines should be parallel at the most when it is closed.
something i can help to you with the reditor.
