isometric ussually looks better when the angles are 22.5 degrees rather than 45.  Also some lighting issues.  Your light source is coming from the top so the entire roof of the building is going to be in light, not just part of it.  Also front plane of the house should be darker, as youve made the front planes of everything else darker.
