Cool idea. Seems a little bit pillow shaded, and the outlines are a little harsh, you could do away with them if you shade using a more strict light source. A lot more form could be shown in the hand too, like knuckles, etc. The hand's lineart could use a little tidying too.

Was the pencil work of this design originally yours? Cause if it is, it is a really cool concept. However, I feel like it is missing something. I can't put my finger on it. Oh well. Like I said before, neat concept, just needs a little more fine tuning, and flashiness.
