Cute piece! Though I feel her skin tone is quite yellow and dull, it could do with some lightening up to fit the water faerie part more? :x
I also notice the lines on her arm are really jagged with banding and her shoulders are sloping down too much, though the latter might just be a stylistic choice *-*\
The shading is really nice and so are the details. But her pose seems really akward to me.
Thanks for the edit, Tomic, it looks better except the breasts, one of them looks a little off to me. I hadn't put any highlights on them because the light's from the side, so that area is dark.
Eeeh the AA! As far as I remember I'd started to AA but then I dropped the piece altogether until now. I think its weakest point is the arm rather than the neck (which I don't mind, even if you think it's the sloppiest bit, baha!).
(ps what's wrong with girl stuff? XD I happen to be one ;D)

Manu, thanks, nice colour ramp edits :) the thought of changing her skin tone did cross my mind but I was thinking purpleish (dark) greenish (light) but it didn't look good with the clothes.

My edit is about color ramps. You might intricate them more, at the moment you have 3 independent ramps. I went towards more bluish-greenish skin tones, but of course other choices are possible. One skin tone got lost in the process without much thought, I think at least one more might go but this means a little reworking.
Agree with tomic about AA, it could give a more watery feeling too. Although I suspect his gif is messed up colorwise?
Bg: why not try a misty waterfall, in a few blocks of 2-3 light colors at most?

anyways, you should deffo try to antialiase your pieces.. some parts look hell sloppy without it, most notable her neckline. also, the antialiasing you've tried on her hair is quite ineffective beause you've missed out the midtones.
here's a quick edit i've made to the right site and to her important parts. added two more brown tones and some hightlights as well
lovely expression and colours but there's a bit of banding that bothers me on the left facing arm ^^
