better than ur others and probably would be accepted. u could clean it up more though. remove the dithering, make sure the shading is consistent with one lightsource. also can make him smaller for head and bigger body to be cuter. id remove the heart but if u really like it make sure the outline is only one pixel thick it looks sloppy otherwise.
