I'm guessing you used photoshop with layers, or the brush feature? I'm asking because, Cosmigo Promotion is counting 254 colors in this piece. The whole point of pixel art is to maintain control of your piece, in the utmost respect, including palette/color management. And when using auto-tools like PS's brush feature with auto aa, and constantly adding layers, or opacity settings, the program buffers between existing colors adding more uneeded colors to the existing piece. The piece can be pulled off with less colors, trust me on this one...sending back for revision...
