 It does look quite glassy now that you mention it... An entire font of this would be intense, I'd end up using it quite a bit.

Glass is tough.  It really depends on what's around it that reflects/distorts into it.  And what you have is curved glass which is even more difficult. 

This looks shiny but not so glassy.  It's beyond me so I can't offer any advice aside from agreeing with skamocore.  Love the yellow jacket though.

Maybe you should do the whole alphabet. You know some idiot entered a weekly challenge 12 times, maybe you could beat his score by doing 26 entries o:

Also, it looks good, but not entirely sure that it comes off as being that glassy. Maybe have a look at some images of test tubes (if you haven't already). Hard mode: you could place the yellow jacket behind a part of the Y and show how his appearance distorts as a result of being viewed through glass.
