The actual definition of pixel art is not "pixel + art", but rather art that is made by placing pixels in precise locations.  I found a similar discussion on a forum, in which Aleiav said "When you make pixel art, every pixel has a purpose in it's place. Good pixel art can be changed by just a couple of pixels in look because every pixel has it's place and is put there preciesly for that."  This is basically how I feel about pixel art. 

I might just add that I think that this picture is much more "pixel art" than your other nude one.

Your point is not proven, and keep saying it over and over. Its made of pixel? Yes. Its art? Yes. Then it is pixel art. Even if it ain't good in your eyes.

Your partially right... that stuff isn't pixel art.
