Agreeing with PBomber. You could reduce the wrinkles on the pants and a few of the muscle striations. It would make it easier to see that he's got his arms crossed. Exaggerating his hair and gloves will improve the readability of the character, as those are his signature features. If people don't know the character they would probably think it's one of Akira Toriyama's characters, unless of course that's the style you're going for.

dont dither fighter sprites please. good pose but the crossed arms needs work.

for my taste it looks a bit messy, i would clean it up and make it more simple. But in overall its good and looks like kazuya. :]
