Looks nice, a lot of weird thing is going around there. The only issue with the palette is that I think - according to composition - the third layer is about to be the main part but the colour used there is too desaturated to be prominent enough.

I think this is pretty sweet, personally I like the saturation, (it kinda reminds me of that game Patapon) but can't hurt to try Skamcore's suggestions-- maybe darken the foreground shapes even more.

I want to seem some animated paralax with this.

Interesting idea, I like the little beach scene. This definitely could do with some refinement though; I think this would work better with much less saturated colours and maybe a more interesting range of hues. Also, the preview seems like it reads "view P RET"
