it's a template i have made a while ago for an rpg maker vx game of mine that got delayed.

the animated part is sprited with the rmvx skin palette to improve the shades movement, though im still considering to use it for the normal sprites as well.

[the template got also a black grid line so it'll be easier for me to tell apart on different parts of the body].    60 colors @.@
