@Photocopier in my country naive in visual art means uneducated art, so its not my definition that is off, its my english that is a lil' bit off. :)
Nice and smooth, though Baba Yaga looked more like Baba Yaga in the original pixel :3
@Zedeem: I think your definition of naïve is a bit off
Old /woman/ on a house with chicken legs. That steals and eats children and flies around in a giant mortar. Occasionally known to command swarms of evil geese (!) and help adventurers with magic balls of yarn that lead them places. If you see one, make sure to command the house to put it's back to the forest and it's front to you, because that's how you get insode. For some reason, it'll obey.
the dress is the best part. the house is really flat, in fact most everything on the image lacks any real form or depth besides the lady, whose anatomy is kind of crazy.
it's better though. like i said, i really dig the dress. good improvements, keep at it bro ;)
bah, white bg and the drawings are quite naive (uneducated)---
A public Library, they're having a Russian story thing on.
@Morgengrauen: Will do, when I get a copy :P
i would love to see the flyer when it's done ^^
always interested in pixel art used in other media
Would be more fool-like if you mixed up the color ramps of the wood a bit. Maybe some of the colors from the bird legs. Very nice though.
