RED team Spy from Team Fortress 2.

I'm a big fan of TF2. I saw this base (obviously a skinny boy or boy based on a woman) and for some reason thought it would make a nice Spy.

Spy in game is most definitely a man. Sometimes also a crab. This probably looks like a female because I fail at making man-shaped things.
