Perspective is off, looks like the front of the ship is sinking. This is because you are showing the deck of the ship which would require looking down on the ship from above, yet you have a horizon line too. If you were above the ship, looking down, the ship would be surrounded on all sides by water. The horizon line would need to move way up towards the top of your image or disappear all together. Also, since you can see the top of the ship, you should also be able to see the top of the ships cabin. Where the water meets the ship, waves would caress the ships hull. If the ship is moving, make some splitting waves at the tip of the hull where the ship is cutting through the water, if the ship is anchored, lighten the water all around the hull where the ship and the water touch =).
