I agree with Manupix. The face looks very flat. Try putting some highlights on the checkbones (beneath the eyes) to pop those out a bit and give the face more form.The white and gray used on the face is fine, get another slightly darker gray and introduce some shadows. Try darkening the area inside the hood too, all along the neck. Wings can be tough, you handled the feathers and detail nicely.

Beautiful, but it needs more contrast and better shading.

The jaw outline stands out too much.
