the chest should be expanding more when he breaths, not the stomach so much. Aslo I think the nipple on the left needs to move closer towards his shoulder so they look more like man-boobs as oppesed to not-man-boobs.

 I agree with the point of the dithering but not about the exhalation with smaller belly. ^_^

Not bad. But something looks a bit weird. His belly should be biggest when he exhales. You know like when we are on the beach and some pretty girl walks by, we INhale to look less fat.

Personally I find that dithering doesn't work that well for human skin. It makes the skin look textured and rugged, when human skin is in fact - for most people, more or less smooth.
