Weekly Challenge: Black and White Sprite
Frames 21 to 24 have frametimes 0", 0.01" and 0.02". This doesn't work in browsers (displayed as 0.1" by most). The rest of the shoot is 0.03", should be ok.

Totally agree with you, the whole shooting part is shite.. Thinking about removing it, but don't know..
The 'idle stance' looks odd because his head is tililting upwards instead of jumping/bouncing up and down. canvas size makes the hook shooting a bit weird too ;(
But I like your use of transparency and hair :D
