64x64 is max for avatars here. Also word 'preview' on avatar is unnecessary - avatar is that thing which represents you all over the site, not just one place which you need to click to find.
Both variants are nice, but preview wariant looks more classy because of change in brightness between layers.
I think the dimensions are too big to be used as an Avatar perhaps.
why won't it let me use it as an avater? I pressed the let users use it as an avatar botton.
