The wink seals the deal. He could use a little more detail on the abs and maybe greater vascularity throughout his body to really push the hyperbole.

In the last movement frame, the line joining both eyebrows connects at the middle: eyecatching and disturbing. The mouth could twitch a bit too.
And yes, this is pretty scary. The essence of musclebaby scaryness! Love it.
That's ....strange. Good, but damn strange!
I reckon that with the wink, you could have it close quicker, then hold it a frame, then make the eye open up again at the same speed you already have, as at the moment it looks like a slow one eyed blink.

I hope the winking added another layer of creepy to it.
