I'd suggest to stick to smaller canvases (16x16 to 64x64 pixels) at pixelart beginnings - that way it is easier to render and change proportions if something goes wrong. Also use more difference in brightness between colors of skin - now they blend one into each other.
But main problem of this picture is that it not well proportioned and constructed. Use reference images for those parts you are not master at yet and read something about proportions, anatomy etc.
The shine on the hair should be a bit more extended and her legs are a bit stubby. Nice job on the skirt
I know the first two say "ke ai" meaning cute, but I dont reconize the third character :c
it looks like you are thinking about the image as seperate parts rather than a whole. If you squint your eyes and look at it you see some areas of skin color, areas of blue and areas of pink that dont really seem to relate to eachother. The different parts of the body also dont relate to eachother proportionally.
