Would you recommend 3x1-Lines or no isometric style at all?

I think removing the black outlines could make this so much better. But it looks nice anyway. =]

 the mouth doesn't really line up with the wall at all- its not isometric. I think you need to change the angle of the wall for it to look right. That being said, nice palette and the texture on the monster is great
