OMG so cute!!! The eye is way more refined of a shape than the rest of the bird, which looks a little weird. Since the bird itself looks like its made with big pixels and the eye looks regular. Maybe make the circle have a more "zoomed in/pixelated" look like the rest of the bird. I don't know if that makes sense.
