good... the dithering is a bit noisy imo, contrast is quite low , but overall huge improvement, its much more defined...

@orenshtiv : isn't me first pixel , I created some edits and stuff like that but I am not a experienced pixel artist and I have a lack of knowledge in the theme.

Right arm is weird, as well as his abs.  Muscles are a bit uneven on both sides, but other than that its pretty nice.

yeah much better!  now try to shade it with proper contrasts....

btw...:  if u respond to comments use the 'Reply'  button ... so the one ur replying to can actually recognize...

thanks for edit   , I will try to fix that, I wanted to make this with "happy" colors hah but looking your edit looks more cool with a darker mood I will try with 10 colors maybe a slimy green in the right shoulder about the anatomy as you say was intented maybe work in the torso and left some creepy arm , I dont know. thx for the comment onek

about the colors, i think they are too saturated, overall too bright and lack in contrast.... also you have way to much of colors,  29!! i think u could easily do this with about 10 colors... maybe u should also consider using  a diffrent color for the second light source  reflecting on his right shoulder... the yellow seems too much like a happy bright sunny summer day, maybe use cold blue or some slimy green to make it a bit more uncanny...

i quite like  the head, but the anatomy is way off, he more looks like some roadkill with that twisted fingers, arms and distorted chest,  donno how much of this is intended but for me it doesnt work at all... mainly the torso needs major improvement. since hes seen from straight forward it should be more symetric, maybe try to just draw half  and then mirror it ...
