Salsa dancing (My second pixel art...)
Nice, even good for a 2nd work.
Some possible improves:
The girl's arm looks very straight, could use a slight curve, a hint of elbow.
Her neck is weird on the right side, I think it needs just one more pixel.
She could badly use anti-aliasing on her left side.
Your signature takes a lot of space and attention for a small piece.
SALSA reads SAISA; also maybe try to give it a neon flashy look?
The girl's outfit reminds me more of tango than salsa, btw. ;)
