Interesting concept, but something is definitely missing. What exactly?
The outside shape could improve, it looks a bit random.
It probably needs a few sharper lines here and there, the blurriness is too even.
Also there might be one slightly lighter tone somewhere, to break the light similarity between inside / ouside.
