BAB brought to attention that one should take notice of the almost identical width of the dither pattern everywhere, hence assuming a autodither pen or such?
Yeah, those bands of single pattern dithering makes the sky look like a simple color-reduction. I would also darken/decontrast the clouds a bit. You have dithered some areas completely wrong, with two adjacent dithersets: A/B-B/C instead of A/B-B-B/C or simply no dither A-B-C (where A,B&C are sequential colors on a brightness ramp).
Nice composition though, this picture could be great with a few improvements.
Great pic. The clouds are not bad as such, but yeah, they need something different...

Streak of cloud that looks vertical thats next to the tal skyscraper that looks out of place.
clouds look nice and misty, but at a close vew, te dithering takes away from it :( Other than that its amazing :)
remidns me of 9, keep up the awesome work :D
Somethings rubbing me the wrong way about that sky. I can't quite put my finger on it...
but i dithered all by hand.. :(
