This is SO well done!!! I love everything about this
Another cool scene! But I consider the application of the white space principle somewhat failed. If I was able to view the piece all at once, with no vertical scrolling, it's a different story yet still excessive IMO. Because you force us to scroll (and I use a high-resolution, so trust me, nearly everyone is scrolling) this one almost crosses over into something "interactive", and due to that, there's a requirement to simply being able to view it, work required. Unless that's your concept here, I would perhaps do something to rectify the issue. I don't recommend changing it however - use what you learned, if you learned, and just move on to the next thing.
So unessesary to have that much empty space DX. Did you use the same clouds in your more recent piece?
It is good, but I think the space could have been used better. Here, I made an edit.

Clouds need a bit of work - hey, clouds ARE difficult. Rest is great.
It just occured to me that it would be alot better if you simply darkened the background blue alot. Looks much better and alot more morningy.
The clouds ruin this. Blobby and deformed they detract from everything. Also the sky as stated screams high noon instead of what's suggested by the lighting on the mountain and city. Give it abit more of a "morning" sunrise feel to the sky by playing with colours and making the light reflect off the bottom of the clouds like ti does the buildings.
i actually like this a lot. you haven't really caught the look and feel of new york but still i like this piece.
very nice.. i like the texture on the rocks... but it looks more like noon to me. look up some reference photos . u should add a gradient , like from orange to purple, to give it more of that morning feel
<<<EDIT>>> ... i also gave a more blueish tint to the of the foreground, because they should reflect the darker colors of the shadows, since its still early and not much of the warm yellow/ red light of the sun
nice, very nice
