This one took me forever. I made a gif of the progress, which is my first time doing so. This is also my first time dithering. I had a bunch of help from the guys over at pixelation, this wouldn't be as awesome without them.

This is a repost of an old submission I deleted because I made several large changes to it and I felt it needed to be reposted.

Nice improvement. Great preview too.

Everything seems slightly washed out though. Maybe try sprucing up the colours a bit and increasing the contrast. Edit.

 Nose is wonderfully rendered, but the rest of the face lacks its darkness, making it a little out of place. Great improvement!
