I agree that dithering adds to the style in a positive way.

 Well I think the over-dithering really adds to the style. My opinion though. :P

It is sweet, just looks over dithered (coz of contrast of the colors) and need some antialiased lineart to it. Add few more colors or use those more that u alredy have, it wont hurt trust me.

 Lineart and anatomy are very well executed. Dithering is too harsh and legs have a lot of banding issues.

Overall nice and kind of elegant.
