First time i'm doing some realistic face and use a lot of dithering here and there, it didn't took a long time (about 3h) but that wasn't an easy task to come up with something that doesn't look like crap (he looked stoned at my first attempt xþ)

Btw, it's Niko Bellic from GTA IV and of course i used his face as reference~ I hope that this fact and the little background are ok since there was nothing specified about that in the rules, if not well i had fun anyway.

It's not bad.  It definitely looks like Niko but it seems a bit unnecessarily noisy and drab.

I tried some edits : dithering on the big shadow, replaced the mouth and tried to correct the effect under the eyes. I don't really know how to deal with the that last one though.

Nice hair+beard texture.  Only things to fix is the extremely dark shadow on top right under hair, and the sharp pillowed looking shading under the eyes.
